About Avilution

Avilution is a software startup that is building the technology to power the next generation of manned and unmanned air vehicles. Our core software, eXtensible Flight System (XFS), ditches the outdated avionics designs that have encumbered the aerospace industry and replaces it with a suite of modern software applications. As a collection of safety-critical microservices, XFS enables aircraft manufacturers and integrators to rapidly design and build a modern flight deck in a fraction of the time.

Located at the Huntsville International Airport, we have the resources to rapidly develop, deploy and flight test new features in our demonstrator Zenith CH750 aircraft. This gives us the ability to easily experiment with sensors or display layouts in order to develop innovative new features for XFS. We have recently broken ground on a brand new facility that will have 7,000+ sq ft of hangar space, a full motion flight simulator, and our new development laboratories.
